ACV and honey tonics were first used around 2400 years ago to treat many different everyday ailments. Hippocrates swore by the health benefits of this beautiful golden tonic and so do we at Goulter’s Vinegar. Honeygar is also known as Switchel and Swizzle. To get the full health benefits, we recommend taking Goulter’s Organic Honeygar daily for at least two weeks.

Daily Drink
- 1 Tablespoon Goulter’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 250ml water
- Drink before bed or before meal 30 minutes everyday.
